SHIPPING POLICY
We ship to the contiguous United States . Shipping costs are automatically calculated and visible prior to submitting your order.
Orders are generally treated the same day and shipped within 2 to 3 working days.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible. To simplify the process we are using a flat rate. With flat rate shipping, prices do not increase as you buy more products. We do not charge any handling fees on orders.

REFUND POLICY
We love our spices, and we’re sure you will too!
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on opened packages unless the package was damaged in transit or there is a documented food safety defect.
We cannot accept returns on personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged intently. No claims will be accepted more than 30 days after the receipt of your purchase, or if the product shows evidence of prior use or alteration.
